Wilma “Willie” Jane Fleet passed away March 17th, 2026. She was born December 9th, 1950 in San Francisco, CA. Wilma married Gerald Fleet on March 12th, 1968 and just celebrated 58 years together.
She had a varied career, electronics assembler at Quantel Computers, glass factory as a packer, forklift operator, and process lab tech. She ran a licensed day care in California, then again in Pennsylvania. She was a UPC clerk at Walmart until she suffered a bad accident. Wilma was proud of her job as an assistant investigator at USIS, working underground at Iron Mountain.
While living in California, she loved camping while traveling backroads exploring mining ghost towns and Indian sites. She was also a talented crafter and created dresses for collectable dolls. Wilma co-founded and ran a Victorian and Americana store “Fleeting Moments”. She loved cooking and was known to be an excellent cook. She loved to decorate and had a large collection of Santas, Angels, and Toy Soldiers.
Wilma was preceded in death by her mother, Beulah Dean, brother, Vince, an infant sister Theresa, and sister in law, Beverly Ser.
Surviving is her husband, Jerry at home, sons, Jessiah (Kimberly) of Meadville, Gerald of Kentucky, brother, Ronald (Nellie), sisters, Vickie, Bonny (Paul) of Sharon, Joannie (John) of CA, and Jeannie (Perry) of KY. Also surviving are grandsons, Kevin, Marc, Samuel, granddaughters, Angel, Madeline, Gabriella, and great grandsons, Kevin and Ike.
Burial has taken place in Riverside Cemetery.
