Steve Bellas, 87, of Warren, OH passed away 5:15 am on February 14th, 2013 in Trumbull Memorial Hospital Warren, OH.
Steve was born on October 18, 1925 to George and Elizabeth (Jacob) Bellas in Maybeury, WV. Steve worked as a Larborer for Copperweld in Warren, OH where he retired after 20 years. On May 7, 1952 he married his wife, the late Minnie Imburgia who passed away March 24th, 1988.
Steve was a veteran who served in the Navy during World War II. He was an avid sports fan who watched baseball, football, and basketball. He followed the Browns and Indians. Steve loved playing cards with his family especially pea knuckle.
Steve is survived by his sister - Margaret Gergely of Sharpsville, PA and brother - Frank Bellas of Benezette, PA also surviving are many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by father, George Bellas, mother, Elizabeth Bellas, wife, Minnie Bellas, sister, Helen Donich, sister, Mary Chizmar, sister, Elizabeth Tatro, sister, Ann Scholtmer, brother, Joe Bellas, brother, Andrew Bellas, brother, George Bellas, brother, Michael Bellas, brother, John Bellas.
Private Services were held at the Donaldson-Mohney Funeral Home 124 Main St. Sharpsville, PA.
Burial will take place in the Crown Hill Burial Park Vienna, OH.
