Ronald E. Greggs, 82 of Sharpsville, passed away peacefully on Friday June 7th, 2024 in Sharon Regional Hospital surrounded by his family.
Ronald was born May 31st, 1942 to Margaret Ruth (McMurray) and Paul Russell Greggs in Sparrows Point, MD. After graduating from Sharpsville High School, he served honorably in the US Army. On January 5th, 1963 he married his wife, Margaret Ann (Toth) Greggs, who survives at home.
He worked for Howell Industries and Oxford Automotive as the Purchasing Agent until his retirement. Ronald was a member of the Sharon American Legion Post 299. In his younger years he enjoyed fishing and traveling to Mahaney to watch deer and wildlife. He also enjoyed polka night with his granddaughter. Ronald loved his grandchildren and spending time with them.
He is survived by his wife, Margaret Greggs, daughters, Debbie (Chris) Garrett of Sharpsville, Lisa (George) Kaliney of Sharpsville, Laura (Michael) Johnson of Middle River, MD, grandchildren, Dylan Christopher Garrett, Emily Elizabeth Garrett, Alyssa Nicole Kaliney, Abagail Lynne Johnson, Anthony Jacob Johnson, and sister, Darlene (George) Murphy of Bristolville, OH.
Ronald was preceded in death by his parents, brother, Paul Greggs, and sister, Joyce Mortland.
Per his wishes, no services will be held at this time.
