Rodney C. Addicott Sr.

Rodney C. Addicott Sr. of Sharpsville, PA, passed away peacefully on August 20th, 2025. He
was 71 years old.
Rodney was born on August 28th, 1953 to Evelyn (Shacklock) and William C. Addicott in
Sharon, PA. He was a graduate of Sharpsville High School. On January 29th, 1971 he married
the former Paulette J. Bennett who survives at home. Rodney worked as a crane operator at
Greenville Metals.
Rodney enjoyed hunting and fishing with his grandson, fixing all kinds of things, helping others,
and was a fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers.
He is survived by his wife, Paulette, a daughter Julie (Mark) Young of Hermitage, a son Rodney
(Janelle) Addicott Jr. of Sharon, sister Evie Addicott, and grandson Brody Young, and many
nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, sister Cheryl DeJulia, and brothers Paul and Norman
Addicott.
Friends may gather Wednesday August 27th, 2025 from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm in the Donaldson-
Mohney Funeral Home 124 W. Main St. Sharpsville, PA.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday August 27th, 2025 at 1:00 pm in the funeral home.
