Muriel D. (Jewel) Stull

Muriel D. Stull, 91, of Mercer, passed away 9:17 am on Sunday January 25th, 2015 at Avalon Springs Nursing Home in Mercer, PA.
  
She was born on January 19th, 1924 to Mark R. and Nina (Farmer) Jewel in Hubbard, OH. Muriel worked as a Telephone Operator in her younger years. On June 5th, 1948 she married the late John S. Stull who passed away December of 2009.
  
She was of Protestant faith. Muriel enjoyed needlepoint, cooking, and being a member of card clubs.
  
Muriel is survived by her 2 sons - Scott (Kathie) Stull of Hermitage, PA, Ken (Susan) Stull of Fredonia, PA; 6 Grandchildren - Nicholaus Stull, Justin Stull, Jeff Stull, Amanda Miller, John Farkas, David Farkas; 3 Great Grandchildren - Mya Stull, Eva Stull, and Lydia Stull.
  
She was preceded in death by father, Mark R. Jewel, mother, Nina Jewel, husband, John S. Stull, daughter, Elaine Farkas, and brother, William Jewel.
  
Friends may call Wednesday, January 28th, 2015 from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm & 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Donaldson-Mohney Funeral Home, 124 Main St. Sharpsville, PA.
    
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, January 29th, 2015, 2:00 pm at the Donaldson-Mohney Funeral Home, Sharpsville, PA, with Rev. James Latta, of Faith Presbyterian Church, officiating.
  
Burial will take place in the Hillcrest Cemetery.
