Gerald Frye Obituary
Gerald Lee Frye, 82, of Greenville, passed away peacefully on August 21st, 2018 at his home in Greenville, surrounded by his family.
Gerald was born on August 16th, 1936 to Joseph and Delphia (Hassell) Frye in Clark, (formerly Clarksville) PA. He attended Hickory High School. Gerald was a self-employed owner / operator truck driver and bus driver. On September 1st, 1955 he married his wife Betty (Allison) Frye, who survives at home.
He was a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church Shenango Valley. He enjoyed building models and more recently, woodworking.
Gerald is survived by his loving wife Betty, daughter, Cheryl (Roland) Woodyard of Cortland, OH, and grandchild, Matthew (Mary) Stecher of Niles, OH.
He was preceded in death by father, Joseph Frye, mother, Delphia Frye, brothers, Joseph, Ronald, and Richard.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, August 24th, 2018, 11:00 am at Westside Cemetery Sharpsville, PA with Pastor Jon Clayburn, officiating. Friends are welcome to meet at the cemetery.
Burial will take place in the Westside Cemetery.
