Erin J. O'Toole

Erin J. O’Toole, 54, of Sharon passed away peacefully on August 11th, 2025 in UPMC Jameson New Castle, PA.

Erin was born February 14th, 1971 to Joyce Ann (Frye) and Edward Daniel O’Toole in Sharon, PA. She was a graduate of Sharpsville High School and had earned her Certified Nursing Assistant designation. She worked for may years as a hone health aid.

Most important to her was spending time with her children and grandchildren. She enjoyed cooking, listening to her records, being a mother, and grandmother.

Erin is survived by her sons, Keith O’Toole, Andrew Garasich and finance Lindsay Roberts, Joseph Sofranko and fiancé Caitlyn Smith, mother Joyce A. O’Toole, grandchildren, Kodi Valimont, Daylin Smith, Noah Bechtel, Nathan Garasich, Nyomi Garasich, Miley Sofranko, Teagan Sofranko, Heaven Smith, Nikolai Garasich, Maci Lowery, Emmalia Munoz, siblings, Jon (Tina) O’Toole, Jolynn (Steve) Andrusky, Colleen Ciscell, Maureen Mild, Charleen O’Toole, Eileen Hermann, Arleen Crawford, Franceen O’Toole, Laureen Ference, Sean O’Toole, Shane O’Toole, and lifelong friend Johnny Hoffman.

She was preceded in death by her father Edward O’Toole, sister, Maelynn Frye, brother, Ed O’Toole, grandmother, Mahala Harding, and grandfather, Richard Frye.

Friends may call Friday August 15th, 2025 from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm in the Donaldson-Mohney Funeral Home 124 W. Main St. Sharpsville, PA.

Funeral services will be held Friday August 15th, 2025 at 2:00 pm in the funeral home.

Burial will take place in Riverside Cemetery Sharpsville, PA.
