David Clayton Titus, 83, of Sharpsville passed away peacefully on March 31st, 2024 in Mercer Hospital Pittsburgh, PA.
David was born August 31st, 1940 to Anna Pearl (Bentley) and Harry Clifton Titus in Hickory Township, PA. He was a 1959 graduate of Hickory High School. David worked for Sharon Steel as a slitter operator. On June 13th, 1964 he married his wife, Georgietta Lee (Knappenberger) Titus, who survives at home.
He was a member of the Hickory Global Methodist Church where he sang in the choir. David enjoyed traveling with his wife, woodworking, and taking care of his yard. Most importantly he loved spending time with his grandchildren and great grandchildren.
David is survived by his wife Georgietta at home, sons, Troy (Erica) Titus of South Pymatuning, Gregory (Amie) Titus of Danville, PA, 6 grandchildren, Christopher (Lorna), Zachariah (Tanah), Cody Titus, Kylene (Jonathan) Fortney, Dustin (Kayla) Koser, Ethan Koser, 7 great grandchildren, Harrison, Camila, Blakley, Baker, Beckett, Venetia, Gwenyth, and brother Richard (Mary) Titus of Hermitage.
He was preceded in death by his parents, brother, Clifton Titus, and sister, Melba Titus.
Friends may call Thursday April 4th, 2024 from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm in the Donaldson-Mohney Funeral Home & Crematory 124 W. Main St. Sharpsville, PA 16150.
Funeral services will be held Friday April 5th, 2024, a time to gather will be held from 10:00 am to 11:00 am with the funeral service beginning at 11:00 am in the Hickory Global Methodist Church, Rev. Christine Doren officiating.
Burial will take place in Transfer Cemetery
