Charles Robert Shook

Charles Robert Shook, 75, of Sharpsville passed away March 6th, 2021 at his home in Sharpsville, PA.
Charles was born June 20th, 1945 to Rose Mae (Auchter) and Harold Francis Shook in Sharon, PA. He was a 1964 graduate of Sharpsville High School where he was an outstanding football player. On December 23rd, 1967 he married his wife, Regina (Miess) Shook who survives at home. Charlie worked 35 years as a sales representative for Ermes Inc. He previously worked for the Macedonian Bakery in Farrell.
He was a lifelong member of Sharpsville First United Methodist Church where he was baptized. Charlie enjoyed camping, hunting, fishing, dining out, and long drives with his wife. He was also an avid Sharpsville Football fan, attending all of their games, and Cleveland sports fan.
Charlie is survived by his wife Regina, daughter, Lydia West of Missouri, sisters, Martha Bathory of Transfer, Kathy Bobbie of Sharpsville, brother, Earl (Penny) Shook of Sharpsville, 4 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, in-laws, John and Regina Miess Sr., brothers in law, John and Catharine Miess Jr., Richard Bobbie, nephew, Jeff Huey, and his cats. Charlie will be greatly missed by all of his friends and family.
Friends may call Wednesday March 10th, 2021 from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm at Donaldson-Mohney Funeral Home & Cremation Service 124 W. Main St. Sharpsville, PA.
A private funeral service for the family will be held following calling hours.
Burial will take place in Riverside Cemetery Sharpsville, PA.
Memorial contributions may be sent to the Shenango Valley Animal Shelter 2599 Broadway Rd. Hermitage, PA 16148 in memory of Charlie.
