Catherine Irene (Wolfe) McMurray

Catherine Irene McMurray, 104, of Sharpsville, passed away peacefully on Wednesday May 30th, 2018 at her home in Sharpsville, PA surrounded by family.  
  
Irene was born on April 14, 1914 to Robert R. and Cora J. (Bryan) Wolfe in Robison, PA. Irene worked as a clerk for Woods Golden Dawn.
  
She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Girard, OH.
  
Irene is survived by her daughters, Janet M. (Robert F.) Bernard, Joanne D. Blank, Linda S. (Robert) Brinkley, Cora J. Shirley, sons, William R. Shirley and George J. Shirley. Also surviving are 47 grandchildren, 37 great grandchildren, and 50 great great grandchildren.
  
She was preceded in death by her parents, first husband, George W. Shirley, second husband, John W. McMurray, sisters, Dorothy Swagart, Esther Stindurf, brothers, Merle Wolfe, Dale Wolfe, Kenneth Wolfe, Robert Wolfe, Donald R. Shirley, and step daughter Doris Rice.
  
Friends may call Tuesday, June 5th, 2018 from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm at Donaldson-Mohney Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 124 Main St. Sharpsville, PA.
    
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, June 5th, 2018, 12:00 pm at the Donaldson-Mohney Funeral Home, Sharpsville, PA, with Bishop Joseph Carl, officiating.
  
Burial will take place in Americas Cemetery.
