Betty Lou O'Hare

Betty Lou O'Hare, 90, of Hermitage, PA, went home to the Lord, on  December 26, 2013 at 4:00 pm, in her residence.
  
Betty was born on March 2, 1923 to Frank Orhn and Flossie May (Hofius) Morford in Sharon, PA. She was raised by John and Etta Locke. Betty was married to the former Robert O’Hare, who passed away on May 7, 2010. Betty and Robert were married for 67 years. Betty was a lifelong member at the First Baptist Church of Sharpsville, Sharpsville, PA.
Betty enjoyed playing the piano and also singing. She loved music. She was very active in her church, and was a member of her church choir. She loved the Bible, and was a Bible school teacher. Betty left a legacy of great love for people, and all were welcome in her home.
  
Betty  is survived by 3 daughters - Colleen Tyree of Youngstown, OH, Lorraine (Raymond)  Kush of Lockport, NY, Suzanne (Richard) Jelley of Burghill, OH; son - Thomas E. (Danielle) O'Hare of Hermitage, PA; 6 grandsons - Robert  Vannoy, Aaron (Caren) Kush, Timothy (Sara) Kush, Daniel  Kush, Joshua Jelley, Sean O'Hare; 5 granddaughters - Rebecca (Vincent) DiLoreto, Elizabeth Meadows, Brandy  Freeman, Ashley  Jelley, Sara  O'Hare; 18 great-grandchildren; 5 step-grandchildren; 10 step-great- grandchildren; and 12 step-great-great-grandchildren.
  
She was preceded in death by father, Frank Orhn Morford, mother, Flossie May Morford, John and Etta Locke, and husband, Robert O'Hare. Betty was the last surviving of her siblings.
  
Friends may call Monday, December 30, 2013from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm at the First Baptist Church of Sharpsville, Sharpsville, PA.      
Funeral services will be held on Monday, December 30, 2013, 12:00 pm at the First Baptist Church of Sharpsville, Sharpsville PA, with Pastor Wayne Sutton officiating.
  
Burial will take place in the Westside Cemetery.
