Barbara Ann (Brinkley) Vamosi

Barbara Ann Vamosi, 70, of Sharpsville passed away peacefully on February 26th, 2024 in the Hospice House Poland, OH.

Barbara was born August 23, 1953 in Bucyrus, OH to Edna (Sheriff) and Thomas Brinkley. She was a graduate of Reynolds High School in 1971 and Edinboro University in 1975. 

On October 16th, 1976 she married her husband Dan Vamosi, who survives at home.

She was a member of St. Bartholomew R.C. Church in Sharpsville. Barbara enjoyed spending time with her family, attending church, and helping others.

She is survived by her children, Daniel (Elaine) Vamosi and their children, Cruz, Carson, and Chance; Trisha Vamosi (and Jessi Santos-Arana) and their child, Avellana Santos-Vamosi; and Dylan (Emily) Vamosi. Also surviving are her siblings, George Brinkley, Sheila Hnida, and Tom Brinkley.

Barbara was preceded in death by her parents.

Friends may call Friday March 1st, 2024 from 10:00 am to 11:00 am in the Donaldson-Mohney Funeral Home 124 W. Main St. Sharpsville, PA

Funeral services will be held Friday March 1st, 2024 at 11:00 am in the funeral home with Father Richard Allen officiating.

Burial will take place in Riverside Cemetery Sharpsville, PA.
