Ann English Obituary
Ann E. English, 94, of Sharpsville, passed away peacefully on May 14th, 2018 at Countryside Convalescent Home in Mercer, PA.
Ann was born on February 10th, 1924 to Michael and Emma (Phillips) Beno in Sharpsville, PA. She graduated from Sharpsville High School and attended St. Vincent School of Nursing. On July 8th, 1943 she married her husband, the late Raymond A. English, who passed away July 10th, 2007. She was a member of Notre Dame Church in Hermitage, PA.
Ann is survived by her daughters, Emmarae (Peter) Dunn of North Springfield, PA, Kimberly Cagle of Sharpsville, PA, son, Raymond P. (Christine) English of Pittsburgh, PA; 4 grandchildren, Amanda L. Cagle, Michael R. Cagle, Nicole M. (Craig) LeDonne, and Nathan P. (Laural) English. Also surviving are 2 great grandchildren, Elizabeth LeDonne, Alexander LeDonne, and her devoted niece, Monalea Hutchins.
She was preceded in death by father, Michael Beno, mother, Emma Beno, husband, Raymond A. English, son in law, Gerald Cagle, 4 sisters, Helen, Mary, Sophie, Martha, 3 brothers, Paul, Louie, and Bill.
Friends may call Thursday, May 17th, 2018 from 10:30 am to 11:30 am at Notre Dame Church Hermitage, PA.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, May 17th, 2018, 11:30 am at Notre Dame Church, with the Very Reverend Richard Allen E.V., officiating.
Burial will take place in the St. Marys Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to Notre Dame Church 2325 Highland Rd. Hermitage, PA in memory of Ann.
