It is with saddened hearts that we say goodbye to a life gone too soon. Nicole Anne Rearick aged 44, of Transfer, PA passed away suddenly on Saturday, April 6th 2024. She was born on May 16, 1979 to Tina Szugye and George Rearick Sr.

Nicole was a 1997 graduate of Sharpsville Area High School and made her home in Transfer, PA. She attended St. Bartholomew R.C. Church in Sharpsville. She worked at ABDD for many years. Nicole enjoyed time outdoors hunting, going to the mountains with her father, traveling and, camping. She was an avid Cleveland Browns fan, liked reading and writing poetry, completing puzzles, playing cards, listening to country music, and spending time with her family.

Nicole leaves behind to cherish her memory, her two sons, Dustin Bortner, Nathan Bortner and his fiancé Kira Schiava, Nicole’s grandchildren, Paige and Liam, her mother, Tina (John) Kelly, her sisters Christina (Bill) Forster, Shawna (Durango) Holbrook and brother, George (Vanessa) Rearick Jr.

She leaves her nieces, Isabelle and Annabelle Holbrook, and Willa Forster.

She also leaves a host of many aunts, uncles, cousins and many dear friends.

Nicole was preceded in death by her father, George Rearick Sr., maternal grandparents, John and Jane Szugye, paternal grandparents, Carl G. and Mary Ann Rearick, fiancé Bradley Patrick Bortner, infant son, Jackson Schultz, and her beloved pet Brookie.

A private viewing and mass are for family members only. Please respect our wishes.

Interment will take place in St. Rose Cemetery Hermitage, PA.
